A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns for repair and/or calibration.
Please contact your Narda - PMM local Dealer or our customer service department at Narda STS to obtain an RMA Number.
All products must be returned freight prepaid.
Once arrival in factory a repair/calibration reference number, linked to your RMA number, will be assigned for internal product traceability.
